The patient service at KIMS is excellent. Ever since my son was born, we have been consulting Dr. Mathew in the Pediatrics department. He is a very good doctor with excellent behavior. He explains everything in detail and with care. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Also, the reception staff on the 6th floor, especially Mr. Hassan, has been very polite and respectful. He responds with a smile and great manners. This is the first time I’ve received such good service from reception staff.
