Excellent facilities all doctors, nurses and supporting staff very helpfull . This is my second surgery done .thankfull to all... specially Doctor Asem Mohammed Alabdullah specialist surgeon who did complete surgery , dressing and consultation with atmost care.

💐Overall it was great experience.

I was recently treated by Dr Asem & nurse Ms Ramya ( General surgery section). They were very professional and courteous in their approach and it was overall a good experience.

As I visited K I MS HEALTH CENTER my son feeling pain,before this from 2 years we are facing this problem,but no one investigate the proper problem every one Sade stomach problem,etc,but this time doctor Asim investigate the problem in very good manner,we are satisfied by investigation and giving a very good treatment,also staff is very cooperative and tacking an extra care of their patient up to end of case we are satisfied,and pray for all.

I am 62 years old. My wife and I have been regular visitors to KIMS hospital umm al hassam as out patients for many years.

I was diagnosed with hernia and admitted to KIMS hospital umm al hassam on 8th August 2025 and got discharged on 9th August 2025. Before admission, all the details including payment was explained by Ms.Nasmina in the administration department who was very helpful.

Dr Vinitha, anaesthetist took all my details and explained the anaesthesia procedure very well.

Dr Asem performed the surgery (this is the second one for me by the same doctor) after having explained to me the procedure in his consultation room a few days back. Dr Asem has a friendly and patient approach with a ready smile which is reassuring!

Post surgery the Dr came to check how I was doing and assured me that everything is ok.

I stayed that night and up to next evening. During this time the nurses and interns attended to me efficiently and were available on call also. All the supporting staff such as cleaners and food servers also are found to be very efficient and friendly.

Overall my experience has been very pleasant and I thank all the staff for the efficient and friendly approach with which they served me. I have no hesitation to recommend KIMS hospital umm al hassam for out patient and in patient treatments.
